In mid 2019 Tim and Charlie, both long time employees, purchased Advantage Welding and Machining from Simon and Linda who had been the proud owners since the commencement of the business in 1995.
Advantage Welding and Machining progressed from a rented space to building our own 540 sq metre workshop in 2003, which is our current location.
We have seen 20+ years of steady growth, mainly centred around the mining and transport sectors.
Over the years we have been able to purchase a selection of manual and CNC machines, so the majority of our work is completed in house.
Presently, we have 8 staff including one apprentice. Tim was the companies first apprentice, starting in January 1992 progressing all the way to General Manager before he and Charlie purchased the business. Charlie has many years of experience with precision manual and CNC machining and has also been in the business for over 8 years.
